A weekend of wine, passion, togetherness, and South Funen charm. At Hotel Faaborg, in collaboration with Egehøj Vin and Kimesbjerggaard, we invite you to a very special wine weekend where you’ll have time to slow down and get up close and personal with the wine, the people, and the stories behind them.

You’ll enjoy two nights at Hotel Faaborg, delightful wine tastings, visits to the two South Funen wineries, and a delicious tapas dinner paired with carefully selected wines. With only 16 participants, there’s plenty of time for a personalized experience, insightful questions, and passionate stories about winemaking—both from the local vineyards and from the wider world of wine.

NORÐDISK – A cozy and intimate restaurant with a focus on sustainability and fresh Danish ingredients. Here, tasty and inventive dishes are served, including fish, meat, seasonal vegetables, and homemade bread, created with respect for nature and good craftsmanship.

Det Hvide Pakhus – An atmospheric restaurant overlooking the harbor, where fresh ingredients, local specialties, and great flavors set the stage for a cozy and memorable evening.

Dang ved Brønden – The restaurant at Ymerbrønden on Torvet in Faaborg has been named one of Denmark's best Thai restaurants several times, so you can expect an experience beyond the ordinary.
